230 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and rules governing use of the 230 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 230 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 230 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
Use of the platform is subject to the laws and regulations in force in Malaysia.
You are fully responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in the jurisdiction where you are located.
230 reserves the right to reject registration applications or suspend accounts without providing detailed reasons.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 230 reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any time, including requesting valid identification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Password: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
Suspicious activity: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected].
False information: Providing false information during registration or verification is a serious breach that may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Two-factor authentication: We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of security to your account.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

230 users are required to use this platform responsibly and comply with all applicable rules. Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the system, or exploit platform vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 230 platform:

Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets.
Sharing your account with other users or allowing any third party to access your account.
Engaging in any form of collusion intended to manipulate game outcomes.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Distributing offensive, obscene, or unlawful content through any of the platform's communication channels.
Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, and 230 reserves the right to report any illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All transactions on the 230 platform are processed in MYR (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX online banking. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary depending on the chosen payment method.

Deposit

Funds will be credited to your account once payment has been successfully confirmed by the payment processor.
230 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Any deposit made using an unrecognised payment method or an account belonging to another party will be declined.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit is processed.
230 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold while verification is in progress to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few hours to three business days.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Liability Limits

The 230 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or suited to any particular user's needs. Under no circumstances shall 230's liability exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim. 230 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 230 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of 230 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The 230 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 230 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Closure & Suspension Policy

230 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, or illegal activity. Where closure occurs for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance (after deducting winnings obtained through fraudulent means) will be returned to the user within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. All valid outstanding withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.

Changes to These Terms

230 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the 230 platform should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
